Dear Sue, Only 10 days till the second annual Homegrown Park Crawl andtoday is your last chance to buy early-bird five-packs of food tickets — a bargain at only $20!  We’re expecting more than a thousand park-loving people — including David Suzuki — to join us Sunday, October 5for a musical parade along the path of the old Garrison Creek, featuring the jazzy, six-piece Heavyweights Brass Band, Afro-Brazilian stilt-drumming troupe MaracaTALL and 16-member “percussion posse” Samba Squad. At Christie Pits and Trinity Bellwoods stops, paraders and parade-watchers can sample treats from 20 homegrown food and drink vendors, including Neapolitan slices from Pizzeria Libretto, “Thanksgiving franks” from the AGO’s FRANK Restaurant and veggie chilli from Harvest Kitchen. Check out the full list of deliciousness here. Tickets sold out quickly last year, so get yours in advance. See you October 5, rain or shine! "I've finished your book some weeks ago and I'd like to tell you that I liked so much. When reading it I had the feeling that it was written from the heart, in a very sincere way.... " - Migue, Barcelona, Spain

"For all of us square pegs who never really seemed to fit the round hole (and still don't)...you offer hope! Thank you dearly for coming to the park and sharing your gift. I will never look at a rock that looks out of place the same way! " - Doug McColl
