Barefoot and Paleo Review of Barebottoms

Posted April 15, 2014 | by Sue Kenney | in Blog | no responses Heidi Fiscus is a respected barefooter who writes a blog called Barefoot and Paleo.  She was kind enough to purchase a pair of Barebottoms Original suede shoes and then offered to do a review that highly recommends them. And she's offering a free giveaway but you'll have to read her blog to find out more about that. WHY I WEAR BAREBOTTOMS I would recommend these shoes for everyday life, running errands, or to get comfortable with barefooting in public. They cover the top of the foot and most of the sides while the heel and bottom of the foot are completely bare. They look similar to a ballet shoe if you wrap and tie the straps high around the calf muscle but they don't have a sole like a normal ballet shoe. You can get real fancy with the straps or you can simply wrap them around your ankle then tie. There are holes provided for the straps if you want to lace them (see picture below). If you think the laces are too long you can easily cut them to suit your taste. Read more here. A huge thank you Heidi! Order Barebottoms Here
