English Speaking Pilgrims on the Rise

Posted December 1, 2012 | by Sue Kenney | in Camino | no responses There is a huge increase in English speaking pilgrims walking the Camino this year. A 90% growth in Americans, probably due to the movie The Way. (Can't wait to see the impact of the movie version of My Camino!)
Pilgrims from English speaking countries
The increase in numbers from the English speaking countries continues to be a major talking point in camino circles. The United States increased by 1% again this month to surge further head of the others.

"For all of us square pegs who never really seemed to fit the round hole (and still don't)...you offer hope! Thank you dearly for coming to the park and sharing your gift. I will never look at a rock that looks out of place the same way! " - Doug McColl
