Lessons and insights gained walking the Camino (9 times) that can be integrated into life back home.

  1. Pack lightly. Give away what you don't absolutely need.
  1. Breathe. Deeply and consciously.
  1. Eat organic. Support local farmers and artisans.
  1. Walk in the forest. Honour the balance and wisdom of Mother Earth.
  1. Go barefoot. Your body will love you for it.
  1. Act from a compassionate heart. Share with others.
  1. Face your fears. What you resist, will persist.
  1. Laugh lovingly. See the humor in every situation.
  1. Offer gratitude. Be thankful for life's gifts.
  1. Be love. Vibrate in the energy of the divine.
