You Don’t Have to Wear Khaki’s to be a Pilgrim

Pilglrim Attire

This morning my newsletter Inspirational Moments went out and I talked about how we don’t have to wear pilgrim clothes to dinner at night after walking the Camino. I found a designer Suzanne Wyman of Yes World Boutique who has created a gorgeous dress/top that is perfect to wear after a long day of walking. For most pilgrimsthe most important part of the day is dinner.  It’s a chance to share stories, break bread together and nourish our pilgrim bodies. I always suggest people wear something different, that doesn’t look like the clothes they’ve been wearing in the day, rather something special. I refer to as “Camino Glowear!”global groove scuba dive blue

My Camino with Sue Kenney

May 18-30, 2014.

225 kilometers. 11 days.

Walk as a simple pilgrim.

Are you being called to walk the Camino? This spiritual pilgrimage has been designed for individuals who are interested in embarking on a walking journey of self-discovery and adventure. You’ll slow your life down to 4 kilometers an hour and carry everything you need on your back, while living the simple life of a pilgrim. This allows for more time to look inward, if you so desire. It’s a unique experience. You’ll join pilgrim, author, filmmaker Sue Kenney as your Camino guide and coach. We’ll step into the footsteps of millions of pilgrims who have walked this path before. We’ll follow the Camino Frances route of the medieval pilgrimage path known as the Camino de Santiago de Compostela in the north of Spain. We are pleased to be working with travel concierge Deborah Peniuk at Aya Life as our Travel Agency. Book by December 1, 2013 and get 10% off. Buen Camino!
