Sue’s Coaching Philosophy

I believe walking is a metaphor for a life journey. My life coaching program is developed with a focus on preparing you for the journey you are presently on.  That is to say, the framework is centered on being on a life journey, instead of going on a journey.  The program begins by building a strong foundation, building on the concept of following a path with a destination in mind.   This approach puts us in a present state of mind and it is from this place that you have the possibility to create what is truly desired.

The philosophy behind this program is all about your ability to design your own future by aligning your values with what you do in your life. I will provide the coaching to develop the skills and direction required to assist you in defining your life purpose. I work closely with you to help integrate your values as a part of your behavior; guide your vision; and keep you focused on your goals. In this process you are the one who is ultimately responsible for your success.

As your coach my role will be to guide you through the journey process. We will work through defining your intentions and set goals based on your earnest desires. I will coach and probe you to unveil the place from where you can live your the truth and be the most genuine. I am your mirror and I will tell you what you say that you can hear it out loud, from a different perspective. I will not judge you and promise to keep an open mind throughout the process of you achieving your personal goals. I will provide coaching and recommendations. I will endeavour to guide you in the direction you truly want to go.
