Run Barefoot Girl Podcast with Sue

IMAG03665 150x150 Run Barefoot Girl Podcast with Sue Caity, who hosts the podcast for Run Barefoot Girl is an incredible woman who felt that there weren’t enough women racing barefoot at events and decided to do something about it. She interviews the people who are leading this movement, sharing their stories with the world. I had the distinct pleasure of spending some time with her on the phone for this podcast and here’s our conversation. I tell a story of a barefoot experience in a theatre arts class when I was 18.

In the spring I will offer some basic workshops that teach about the healing powers of going Barefoot. I’ve researched, studied and experienced this simple activity. I’lll touch on the need for negative ions in our body (we get them in big supply from the earth), the advantages of having strong ankles and legs in life, and the profound spiritual experience of oneness that is possible.

Anyone can do it, it’s free and our God given right to connect with the earth.

Enjoy the stories!

Sue
