I’ve been living a barefoot lifestyle for 7 years and I’m presently in the process of getting my Wim Hof Method Instructor certification. For 14 years I’ve been guiding groups on the Camino pilgrimage route in Spain and my first book My Camino is in development as a feature film. I designed a barefoot shoe called Barebottoms and pitched the idea on the TV show Dragons’ Den. I wrote the book How to Wear Bare Feet because I am passionate about sharing barefooting with others to personally explore how nature, snow-bathing, and barefooting strengthen our mind and elevate consciousness.
What we’ll do
To start, we will meet indoors at the Information Centre where I’ll introduce the healing benefits of Earthing, barefooting, forest bathing and I will happily share stories from my Wim Hof Winter Expedition in Poland. You’ll be taught how to safely explore Mother Nature in all seasons while in your bare feet.
